Material Handling Operator (CFSPP Timor-1)

Job Description :

• In charge of the assigned plant during normal and incident operation.
• Operate the plant with the agreement of the Controller Material Handling.
• Provides a field supervision service to outside the control rooms during normal and incident operation.
• In the event of a equipment Trip or on the instruction of a Controller, immediately reports to the Control Room. They assists the Controller during any incident by monitoring plant conditions.
• Check and control the field situation by doing inspection and field visit, to ensure system and process in the condition as reported
• Operate equipment locally to monitor problem or assist maintenance team
• Pre-start check all of part equipment before operate or running the equipment
• Perform check level of grease for Lubrication 01 and Lubrication 02, level of oil engine, level of oil hydraulic and level of cooling water or pumping the grease by manually if necessary

Requirements: 

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3)
• Minimum 1 years experience in fixed plant , heavy equipment or utilities operator or fresh graduate
• Knowledge in fire protection and fire fighting
• Having basic knowledge for electric, mechanic and chemist

Field Operator (CFSPP Timor-1)

Job Description :

• In charge of the assigned plant during normal and incident operation.
• Operate the plant with the agreement of the Unit Controller.
• Provides a field supervision service to outside the control rooms during normal and incident operation.
• In the event of a Unit Trip or on the instruction of a Shift leader /UC/AUC, immediately reports to the Control Room. They assists the Shift leader/UC/AUC during any incident by monitoring plant conditions.
• To assist the UC/AUC during planned start-ups. This role depends on the number and urgency of technical problems existing at the time.
• Operate the equipment from local control room with guidance from Unit Controller from Central Control Room.
• Provide daily report to the Unit Controller and ensure there is no problems or anomalies in the main plant
• Check and control the field situation by doing inspection and field visit, to ensure system and process in the condition as reported

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3)
• Minimum 1 years experience in fixed plant , heavy equipment or utilities operator or fresh graduate Preferable knowledge in fire protection and fire fighting

Job Description :

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
• Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
• Walk customer through or remotely access for problem-solving process.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.

Job Description :

• To develop and implement maintenance program of the plant and to ensure that all plant equipment and auxiliaries achieve optimum reliability and performance and minimize downtime.
• Reviewing plant equipment performance in accordance with the established Company goals and objectives
• Initiate plans, policies and procedures for improving work efficiency, safety practices and on-going training in the Maintenance Department
• Supervises the maintenance crafts assigned in the plant (mechanical, electrical, welder, NDT, instrument, DCS and laborers). Manage sub-contractors during routine and planned outage work
• Initiate maintenance Program and Monitor plan effectiveness and recommend changes as required
• Plans and implements the power plant’s annual turn around program and sees to it that materials, spare parts and consumables are at hand and execution of activities are within the schedule
• Evaluates the training needs of the maintenance personnel and coordinate with HR
